RETURN

Return & Refund

Of course it can happen that the order does not fit perfectly. Therefore we ask you to read our return policy to understand how to submit your return correctly. We have different return rules on the item. The general return policy applies to all items.

Returns

  •  All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.

  •  All products must be ne wand unused in original cartons and packaging.

  •  Damages must be reported within 6 days of receipt with pictures for documentation.

Non – refundable items

Custom-made products are excluded from return shipment and cannot be returned or cancelled once the items have gone into production. Damaged or used articles also can not refund.

Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs of return and this amount will be deducted from your refund goods returned freight collect not accepted the organization if necessary we provide with prepaid labels so can benefit our discounts.

Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an E-mail to inform you that we have received your returned items. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will automatically be refunded to the payment method you used. RETURN

Replacement if necessary

We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the item for the same model you need to exchange it, please send us an email to service@uccellino.de. 

Order Cancellation

All cancellations must be confirmed by us in writing. An order or product will not be canceled until you have received a positive confirmation from us.

Unfortunately it is not possible to make a cancellation, after your order has already been shipped.

In this case shipping costs will apply. Once your products have been shipped, you must follow the return procedure described under Returns.

RETURN

Damage with transport

If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 6 days of receipt. Claims for damages cannot be made after 6 days. Therefore please send us several meaningful photos of the product damage and also of the packaging.

Kindly send to the E-mail service@uccellino.de, so that we can take over the handling of the transport insurance for you.

Please note your order number and contact information in your message. We will make every effort to send you a replacement product. Damaged items cannot be returned for a refund.

If the damage is already visible when the goods are handed over, refuse to accept them.

Products

uccellino works only with natural materials, which can vary due to their unique properties and natural material. The images of the natural products in the online store therefore do not always represent the exact product that you will receive.
Each natural product is unique in terms of color, grain and texture, which gives it its charm and authenticity. These differences emphasize the special value of natural products and give each piece a unique personality.

In addition to the natural variations, differences in color reproduction on different screens can also mean that the product image in the online store differs from the actual colors.

Even if we do not have our complete own production line, we offer the possibility to customize the surfaces of all our solid wood products, as we do all the finishing in our own factory.

In addition, all hand-knitted styles can be customized according to individual wishes. Our hand knitters in Germany have extensive experience and can implement a wide range of customizations to meet your individual requirements.

We mainly offer 1st choice products in our online-shop. However, we also have B-goods or display items of almost all styles, which we are often not listed in our Online-shop. The availability of B-goods can vary, and we do not maintain stock level in the same way as for 1st choice products.

If you are interested in a particular style in 2nd choice, please contact us directly, and we will check whether your desired model is also available in B-goods.

Wood dries from the outside to the inside, creating a field of tension between the dry areas on the outside and the remaining moisture on the inside. This drying process leads to so-called drying cracks, particularly in solid wood with a thickness of over 8 cm. However, these cracks are not defects, but are consciously regarded as style elements that emphasize the wood's naturalness.

The core of the solid wood, also known as the heart, influences the type and direction of the cracks. When the heart is in the center of the wood, the cracks tend to be finer and extend in all directions. In contrast, when the heart is positioned more on one side, the stress in the wood is released outwardsby shortest way and the cracking is concentrated in a few cracks that tend to be larger.
In both cases, these cracks are characteristic of natural wood and represent an authentic feature that emphasizes the individuality and beauty of the material.

Changes may sometimes occur after you have placed your order. Normally, orders are processed as soon as they are received and in many cases are sent directly to production or despatch. Cancellations or changes are therefore often a challenge. Nevertheless, we will do everything to help you!

If you notice an error or need to make changes to your order, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately. Our customer service team is at your disposal to help you find possible solutions. Please understand that orders that have already passed through the production process or shipping can no longer be canceled -sorry!

To use your voucher, you will find your individual code on your voucher. During the order process, in the checkout area, enter this code in the “Voucher code” field, being careful to use upper and lower case letters and spaces. Then confirm the entered code with the arrow inside the voucher field.

As soon as the code has been accepted, the corresponding voucher amount will be immediately deducted from your invoice and the voucher will be successfully redeemed. If the voucher is no longer valid, you will automatically receive a message from the system. If you have entered the code incorrectly, you can try again by clicking on the trash icon next to the voucher field and deleting the data!

The value of the voucher is immediately displayed in the shopping cart and deducted from the invoice amount.

Products

Thanks to our extensive stocks at uccellino, almost all products from our online store can be delivered within Germany within 2-3 working days. However, immediate delivery also depends on the payment method, as in the case of prepayment, delivery is only made once the money has been credited to the account. All other payment methods can be delivered immediately.

If a product is not immediately available, you will be informed of the expected delivery time. Occasional delays may occur due to traffic disruptions or errors by our logistics partners, but usually only before public holidays.

If a product is not in stock, you have the option of leaving your e-mail address in the notification window. You will then be informed automatically as soon as the product is available again.

You are also welcome to send us an email with the product you require and ask directly the estimated delivery time.

In case of visible transport damage, it is important to note the damage immediately on the delivery receipt and in case of shipping companies, also note the truck's registration number.

Obvious damage must be reported within 24 hours, while covered damage must be reported in writing within 6 calendar days at the latest.

If you discover any damage, please repack ALL products, including undamaged ones, in the original packaging and enclose a copy of the invoice or delivery bill. Contact us immediately using one of the following options:

We will arrange for the replacement by our logistics partners and inform you of the replacement date. Please help us to record the damage by taking photos of the packaging and the damaged products. Wait for further action after our notification, as postal parcels are sent back to the parcel center for inspection and not to us.
