Table vases - Cleaning & Care

Vases require different care depending on the material. Wooden vases should be thinly oiled regularly to preserve their natural beauty and protect the wood. Marble vases should be treated with a special marble cleaner that contains no aggressive ingredients and cleans gently without damaging the marble. Polishing is not normally necessary as marble has a naturally shiny surface.

• Vinegar water method: Add two tablespoons of vinegar to warm water and leave the mixture to soak in the vase. Then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
• Baking soda and water: Mix baking soda with water to make a paste, apply it to the soiled areas and then rinse thoroughly.
• Citric acid solution: Dissolve citric acid in warm water and leave the vase to soak in it for a while before rinsing it out.
• Dishwasher: Some glass vase inserts are dishwasher-safe. However, always check this beforehand to
