Return & Refund

Of course it can happen that the order does not fit perfectly. Therefore we ask you to read our return policy to understand how to submit your return correctly. We have different return rules on the item. The general return policy applies to all items.

Returns

  •  All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.

  •  All products must be ne wand unused in original cartons and packaging.

  •  Damages must be reported within 6 days of receipt with pictures for documentation.

Non – refundable items

Custom-made products are excluded from return shipment and cannot be returned or cancelled once the items have gone into production. Damaged or used articles also can not refund.

Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs of return and this amount will be deducted from your refund goods returned freight collect not accepted the organization if necessary we provide with prepaid labels so can benefit our discounts.

Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an E-mail to inform you that we have received your returned items. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will automatically be refunded to the payment method you used. It may take some time before your refund is officially booked.
