DHL Standard Package

DHL Express

• Express deliveries abroad are unfortunately not possible.

Forwarding agency EU

• Delivery to EU countries usually within 5-8 working days.

• Delivery by the forwarding agency always only on Monday to Fridays.

The delivery date will be coordinated with you by telephone. You will receive a call from the forwarding agent, when it suits you best ( time window 8h ).

In order to guarantee you a high degree of security, bulky items will from now on only be delivered to your front door. This way you can keep a sufficient distance and reduce the risk of infection. For this reason, the shipping company will also not take the packaging material back with them.< span>

The fee for shipping will not be refunded in case of a return.

In any case, please note the relevant information on the availability of the items in the order process. We will inform you immediately in case of unexpected delivery delays. Despite careful stocking, it can happen that an item is sold out faster than expected. We therefore do not give any delivery guarantee.
