  • This transport service is only available for payments with PayPal or credit card and for standard packages up to 31,5 kg.

Forwarding agency

  • Forwarding agency standard: 39,90 €.

  • Delivery time usually within 5-7 working days.

  • Delivery by the forwarding agency always only on Mondays to Fridays.

The delivery date will be agreed with you by telephone. You will receive a call from the shipping company when it suits you best (time window 8h).

In order to guarantee you a high degree of security, bulky items will from now on only be delivered to your door. This way you can keep a sufficient distance and reduce the risk of infection. For this reason, the shipping company will also not take the packaging material back with them.

The fee for shipping cost is not refundable in case of return.

RETURN

Return & Refund.

Of course it can happen that the order does not fit perfectly. Therefore we ask you to read our return policy to understand how to submit your return correctly.

We have different return rules on the item. The general return policy applies to all items.

Retrurns

  • All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.

  • All products must be ne wand unused in original cartons and packaging.

  • Damages must be reported within 6 days of receipt with pictures for documentation.

Non – refundable items

  • Custom-made proucts are excluded from return shipment and cannot be returned or cancelled once the items have gone into production.

  • Damaged or used articles.

Refund

Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs of return and this amount will be deducted from your refund. Goods returned freight collect will not be accepted. You are responsible for the organization of the return. If necessary, we will provide you with prepaid labels so that you can benefit from our shipping discounts.

Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned items. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will automatically be refunded to the payment method you used. It may take some time before your refund is officially booked.

RETURN

Replacement if necessary

We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the item for the same model you need to exchange it, please send us an email to service@uccellino.de. 

Order Cancellation

All cancellations must be confirmed by us in writing. An order or product will not be canceled until you have received a positive confirmation from us.

Unfortunately, sometimes it is not possible to make a cancellation if your order has already been shipped.

In this case shipping costs will apply. Once your products have been shipped, you must follow the return procedure described under Returns.

RETURN

Damage in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 6 days of receipt.

Claims for damages cannot be made after 6 days. Please send us several photos of the product damage and packaging to the e-mail

service@uccellino.de, so that we can take over the handling of the transport insurance for you.

  • Please note your order number and contact information in your message.

  • We will make every effort to send you a replacement product. Damaged items cannot be returned for a refund.
