The SCALA 10 bookshelf combines smart design with functionality – even as B-grade. The minor imperfections on these shelves are typically light scratches on the powder-coated metal inserts. However, these marks become virtually invisible once books are placed on the shelf, and the functionality remains completely unaffected.
The bookshelf offers storage for books up to a height of 124 cm. Its 10 metal inserts, sized to fit paperbacks, can be easily slotted into the precisely milled grooves of the wooden back panels. For added flexibility, you can remove some of the inserts to make space for larger books or decorative items.
A unique feature of the design is the flat stacking of books. This allows you to remove a book from the bottom without disturbing the rest of the stack. If you prefer to use the shelf for magazines, simply flip the inserts over to convert it into a magazine rack with ease.
Once mounted on the wall, the shelf gives the appearance of floating books. Multiple SCALA 10 shelves placed side by side can create a custom and stylish shelving wall, especially when arranged in different lengths. The included mounting hardware ensures secure and straightforward installation.
